Upgrade to lifetime

Lifetime is a one-time payment for Shape, so there’s no subscription to renew.
How to upgrade
Go to Settings → Subscription and press Upgrade to lifetime.
What happens to your current plan
- Started on the web: buying lifetime cancels your trial or monthly plan automatically.
- Started in the iPhone app: Apple doesn’t let us cancel it for you, so cancel it in your Apple subscriptions. See Cancel a trial or subscription.
I received an email saying my subscription was canceled
Nothing’s wrong. That’s the old monthly plan or trial ending, and our payment provider’s automatic email makes it sound like more than that. Your lifetime access stays active.
