Cancel a trial or subscription

You cancel a trial the same way as a subscription. Where you do it depends on where you signed up.
Started on the web
Go to Settings → Subscription on the web and press Manage subscription. If you can’t cancel from there, tell us and we’ll do it for you.
Started in the iPhone app
Apple handles these, so only you can cancel. On your iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Shape → Cancel Subscription.
Deleting the app doesn't cancel
Neither does deleting your account for an App Store subscription. Cancel it first.
