Delete your account

• If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel it first. Only you can, and Shape will ask you to.
• Want your training data? Pull it through the API first.

   Open Settings

   On the web, Settings → General. Or Settings in the iPhone app.

   Press Delete Account

   Confirm when asked.

We delete your data and revoke our access to your connected services. A few things are kept for longer, like billing records that tax law requires. The privacy policy has the full list.
