Connect Intervals.icu to Shape
Updated November 1, 2026
Connect Intervals.icu to bring in workouts and wellness data from devices Shape doesn’t connect to directly, like COROS, Suunto and Polar.
Connect
- 1
Link your watch to Intervals.icu
Do this in Intervals.icu, if you haven’t already.
- 2
Connect it in Shape
Go to Settings → Connections, pick Intervals.icu and approve.
What comes through
- Workouts with the full recording from the original file: heart rate, power, pace and laps.
- Daily wellness: sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, weight and steps.
- A year of history when you connect, with progress in Settings → Connections.
Send planned workouts to your watch
This is off by default. Open Intervals.icu in Settings → Connections and turn on Send planned workouts. See Send workouts through Intervals.icu for which devices can receive them.
Strava activities don't come through
Intervals.icu can’t pass on activities it got from Strava, because of Strava’s terms.
If you have a Garmin or Wahoo
Connect those directly instead. Shape sends workouts to them itself. If you do connect both, a workout that arrives both ways only shows once.
