"Subscription required" in Claude or ChatGPT

Reading and planning through a connector needs an active Shape plan or trial, on the account you connected.
You connected a different Shape account
This is the most likely cause if you know you have a plan. Sign in with Apple and signing in with your email can create two separate accounts, and only one of them has your plan.
Remove the Shape connector from your AI app and add it again. When the Shape page opens, check it shows the account with your plan before you press Allow.
You signed up from inside ChatGPT
The trial can’t start in ChatGPT. Sign in on shapecalendar.com and start it from Settings → Subscription. Your connection then works without setting it up again.
Your trial or plan has ended
Check Settings → Subscription. See your trial and plans.
